When i use laptop on battery it works absolutely fine. When i plugged in. It will reduce a processor speed and volts and start freezing and lagging. I updated a bios to f.41 all intel and hp driver softwares. I tried to adjust power settings. Even i reinstall a clean windows but problem still over there. The last option i have to try is new charger for laptop which i will recive on November 30 2022.
Its not even a year old and these kind of strange issues showing up in laptop. I posted in picture in which plugged in state reduced to lower than 1ghz to 0.79ghz start freezing but in battery state it goes up to 4ghz and works fine. Laptop still in warranty.

I found a final issue. Which was charger volt amp and watt matters for gaming laptop. When i used different charger it work fine and great. Hp is giving me a free charger 230w Which i appreciate. But they back order so i orderd a charger for testing purpose from Amazon and now all.is good. I think it's a great machine and great machine needs great power. Hp have to send a by default according to machine. I bought new laptop which comes with 150w charger lol. But hp realized power required more. So they willing to send me 230w charger. Anyway i am really with hp customer service and brand because they are way better and understandable compare than other brands.. good job HP. Mistake happens but accepting a mistake ia good job.

My problem already solved just waiting for hp charger. And as i mentioned i am happy with hp customer service. They helped me and listened my problem. I have no complains from hp and in future i will prefer hp only. Thanks to you also.
I am penetration tester and this device is best for pen testing because it's wifi chip is acceptable for packet injection in kali linux. I dont have to add extra wireless on it. I am really happy with your machine. I wish coming models have a capacity of ram more than 32gb. But still it works great.
