I have a HP PAVILION 15 GAMING with RYZEN 7 5800H, RTX 3050. Its a great laptop. Good battery life, good performance even at underclock. The question is how can I enable its boost speed which is 4.4GHz as per the HP website's product description. As soon as it hits 3.8 GHz it slows down clock due to high temprature. I just want to have good performance on CPU demanding games. What can I do to have 4.4 GHz without getting the temprature over 95 Degree Celsius.
(Sorry for any grammar mistakes.)

In theory you can run 4.4GHz inside a close to 0°C room which is non practical. One way to make machines to run cooler is to use cooling pad options
