Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Was thinking to buy this product but scared, xbox one x supports 120hz 1440p now with varible refresh rate so iwas wondering with freesync enabled. Would it pull the 120 hz through hdmi

According to the specs and reviews, that monitor is rated at 1920x1080p at 144Hz, not 1440p.

Otherwise, it should run 144hz just fine for your xbox.

If you have a problem switching to 144Hz, look at the resolution options and see if its set to UHD 1080. If so, switch it to just 1080, then the 144Hz option should appear.
