Hi.
In the features of the Omen Laptop indicates that the camera is compatible with Windows Hello but in the configuration of Windows Hello for the Face recognition tells me that it is not.

Hello @MotasPC 

 

For Windows Hello to work, you have to have an Infrared webcam. Your OMEN BY HP - 15-CE011DX only comes with a standard webcam.

 

What you are seeing is misleading for many because it implies that your model came with IR camera. But the IR driver is listed in all the 15-CE0XX series laptops regardless of it having an IR cam or not. All the available drivers for the whole series are all listed with every model version.
