OMEN Laptop - 15-en0012ax
Microsoft Windows 11

I've ran through a myriad of issues with my laptop and I've just been on the recovery process recently. My laptop was dealing with constant blue screen issues on windows 10 and I found that no solutions worked so I decided to do a usb flash windows 10 install on it to get rid of the issue. The blue screening has stopped but I noticed that the system only detects 8gb of ram  when I have an installed 16gb 3200mhz kit in the laptop. Stupidly, I decided to update to windows 11, thinking that this would fix the issue but it hasn't. Even in the bios it's only detecting that 1 slot, and I know for a fact it isn't likely to be a hardware issue because I was running the 16gb of ram prior to the windows 10 flash install.
