Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My wired earphone (Realme Buds 2) mic is not working in my HP Victus laptop. However, it works fine on my smartphone and my friend's laptop(Lenovo). I have downloaded and installed the latest Realtek audio driver, but it's still not working.

How do you connect it to your machine ? What is your Wired Earphones Mic ? Is it a headphones ?
