HP Omen 15 en0006na
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I installed a G.Skill F4-3200C16D-16GRS 16GB (2x8GB) memory kit in my HP Omen 15 2020 (en0006na). The memory is the same speed and voltage as the original RAM (3200Mhz/1.2v) but has enhanced timings of 16-18-18-43.

However the Omen 15 doesn't load the XMP 2.0 profile and runs the new memory at the original factory timings of 22-22-22-52.

HP the Omen series are supposed to be premium gaming products so I'm very disappointed that the XMP 2.0 profile for memory running at factory speed/voltage (not overclocked) isn't supported by the BIOS. I understand laptops are designed with strict thermal and power requirements so overclocking isn't supported. But in this case I'm not trying to overclock the memory or increase voltage. I just want to use the enhanced timings which will have zero impact on the thermal and power requirements.

Please can you enable XMP 2.0 profile support for RAM that runs at the factory default speed/voltage in a future BIOS?
