I recently got my Laptop, they offered me a Free 1 month of Xbox and its lookin claimable on Omen Hub. But when I pressed it, I redirect to Xbox and nothing happens. What do I do? Is this a scam or something like that?

Update Your Software: Make sure all your system software, including the Omen Gaming Hub, Windows OS, and any Xbox-related apps, are fully updated. Sometimes outdated software can cause issues with claims and redemptions.

Check if You Are Signed In: Ensure that you are signed into both the Omen Gaming Hub and your Xbox account with the same email or credentials. Sometimes the redirection may not reflect the offer because of a login mismatch.

Clear Cache and Cookies: Try clearing your browser cache and cookies. Sometimes, old data can cause redirection issues.

Use a Different Browser or Device: Attempt to claim the offer using a different web browser or another device to see if the issue persists.

Verify Offer Legitimacy: Offers from legitimate sources like HP and Xbox should not require any unusual steps that risk your personal information. It’s good to verify directly with support if you have concerns.

@Zoey7886, I don't know I can't relog in to the account @Adwaith3, So I'm writing this to let you know that the above steps ain't worked and makes no changes. I use the same account for both the Xbox and Omen Hub. When I clicked the the claim button in the Omen Hub, I automatically redirect to the Xbox and ask me to buy the Pass! I don't I'm so frustrated. I would like to know If there is any redeem codes or kind off other methods to claim the offer. I hope it's not a scam and I always believed  on HP and Thank You ❤️
