I just bought the HP Pavilion 15 gaming yesterday 

I have notice  yellow spots on the top of the screen usually noticeable when dark or black wallpaper is set..

Please I need your help

Check if you see those yellow spots when you are on the BIOS screen

Yes please.

It's even on the startup display "the Hp logo"

If those dots appear during Start Up and in BIOS, then it is a Hardware issue

 

Please contact HP Support in your region for Service Options

 

1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/ 
2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device. 
4) Select the country from the drop-down. 
5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences. 
6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.
