Product: HP Pavilion Gaming - 15-ec0066ax
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have 8 gb ram in my notebook by 2 gb of which is used as a shared gpu memory which makes only 5.9 gb of ram available for use and makes it difficult to play games and multitasking so please look forward for solution of my problem and help me to make more ram usable so i can do my work

Hi:

 

Unfortunately, there is nothing you can do except to add more physical memory.

 

Your notebook was intentionally designed that way.

 

HP released this document a while back, which explains the memory shortage...Your notebook's model series is on the list.

This seems to only apply to models with AMD Ryzen 3xxx processors.
