hello, i am using hp pavilion gaming laptop 15 ec-0101ax model. i was only getting 5.89 of the 8 gb ram the laptop had. the rest of the memory 2gb is reserved memory for the virtual memory... to solve the issue i have added another 8 gb ram to my laptop, expecting to get some memory, but surprisingly im still getting 5.98 gb of 16gb and the interesting part is, now the reserved memory is 10gb. i bought my laptop during my college days, right now im working, i am using my laptop for my work, and this type of atrocities are happening, and the laptop is getting slow... how can i solve the ram issue.
