The display panel cable part number is:
N13332-001 | CABLE LCD |
The illustrated parts catalog for that display part number indicates that it is not a 144Hz display.

The 144Hz display panel has this part number: N13295-001
The illustrated parts catalog for the display cable indicates that it is a standard display cable and is not the same part number that is used in the notebooks with the 144 Hz displays.
