Hi @btr436, thanks for posting. To update the AMD software safely:

 

1. Get the AMD driver/chipset package for your exact model from https://support.hp.com/drivers (HP-tested version).

2. Or use AMD's auto-detect tool at https://www.amd.com/en/support

3. Restart after installing.

 

If you share your model, I'll point you to the exact file. Let me know how it goes!
