Is it normal that my new VICTUS 15 ( CORE I5 12450H & GTX 1650 ) 3-cell Li-ion Polymer Battery (52.5 WH) lasts only 2 hours on normal usage

hi
battery life also varies by configuration, model
And it is often an estimate!
3-cell Li-ion Polymer Battery: 52.5 Wh (only available for GTX 1650)
4-cell Li-ion Polymer Battery: 70 Wh (only available for RTX 3050 and 3050 Ti)
Actual battery Watt-hours (Wh) varies from design capacity. Battery capacity naturally decreases with shelf life, time, usage, environment, temperature, system configuration (apps, features, power management settings, wireless), and other factors.
Supports fast battery charging (30 minutes, 50% charged).
Up to 10 hours (for 3-cell battery)
Up to 13 hours (for 4-cell battery)
Battery life varies depending on the product model, configuration (apps, features, power management settings, wireless functionality), and other factors. The maximum capacity of the battery naturally decreases with time and usage.
however you can check some points
Battery does not power notebook or hold a charge
