Hi @sharksk,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

We understand you're unable to locate the BIOS Recovery Tool for your OMEN by HP – 15-ce011nw (Windows 10, 64-bit), and that you are experiencing BIOS issues following a Windows update.

How to Create a BIOS Recovery USB

  1. Visit the link and scroll to the BIOS section: OMEN by HP - 15-ce011nw Software and Driver Downloads | HP® Support.
  2. Download the latest BIOS update utility (usually named something like HP Notebook System BIOS Update).
  3. Run the downloaded file on a working Windows PC.
  4. Choose the option “Create Recovery USB Flash Drive”.
  5. Insert a blank USB drive (at least 1 GB) and follow the prompts.

Recovery Steps on Your Laptop

Once the USB is ready:

  1. Insert the USB into your OMEN laptop.
  2. Press and hold Windows + B, then press and hold the Power button for 2–3 seconds.
  3. Release the power button but keep holding Windows + B until the BIOS recovery screen appears.
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to restore the BIOS.

I hope this helps.

Take care, and have an amazing day!
