 Hello, please help me to figure out my problem below.

So i have this omen 16 (bought it July 2023), and since February 2024 i experienced this kind of black line thing and sometimes it blinks. I went to HP service center and just got back my laptop LCD replaced with the new one, still in warranty. This happens everytime i open my laptop, either while i'm using chrome, softwares or not at all. I always take care my laptop and never let it bumped into hard objects. Not only that, if i tried to close something it takes time to close. Should i go back to service center and reset my laptop or what? im currently not having any software issues and never install or download any illegal files from internet

 

*The white paper with the number on the picture actually given by the service center and i haven't removed it.*
