i have HP omen 15-en0002AX, 2020 model. with Ryzen 5 4600h and GTX1660ti graphics card. i brought it in February 2021 .from last1 month , it has become like a worst laptop as its screen randomly goes black , even while working . i tried every test in HP support assistant ,like software check , hardware diagnostics and also everything that i can search from google , i do everything but after screen goes black , nothing works . i always had to force restart my laptop and it,s just 1.5 years i brought this, In a single day , its common now to see black screen 2-3 time a day , what's the use of buying such premium laptop with so much big issue. if anyone has solution , please tell
