Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

On 12.06.2020, my wifi was working as usual.

but on 14.06.2020, my bluetooth and wifi are not working and notdetected by my comuter, i restored the windows to 12.06.2020 but still is not working.

I downloaded the drivers for wifi and bluetooth from hp support and installed them but still are not detected in the device manager.Annotation 2020-06-14 124655.pngimage.png
