i was wondering if i am abe to change my dedicated vram from 2 gb to 6 gb in my nvidia card.

Your video card came with 2 GB of dedicated ram. That is what the card physically came with and cannot be changed.

The 4 GB of shared memory you see in the system information is half of the total system ram that is installed on the motherboard. If the graphics card runs out of its own dedicated memory, the system will allocate what it needs from up to half of your total system memory (in your case up to 4 GB). You cannot change how that works.
