Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

my laptop (omen 15-ek0013dx) was working fine until recently. whenever i plug it to the charger my laptop become very slow and have like 30 fps in games but when its unplugged it become fast and have a constant fps (60 fps). can someone help me?
