charging then stops after view seconds

my laptop is charging but then stops after view seconds.

I did all of update available and do components test and all tests passed. 

I updated bios to latest version.

I also tried uninstall Microsoft ACPI-compliant control method battery but still not working.

it has same issues even when I'm in safe mode or bios mode

but when laptop turn off, charging working fine and never cut-off

if u have any solution for this issue, please let me know.

I did hard reset and clean everything but still not fix the issue

This document has the most relevant troubleshooting if your battery appears to be not charging- Battery Does not Power Notebook or Hold a Charge 

If the issue persists, Let's Run a battery test using F2 (during restart), if the test failed: 

Check with an alternate battery.
