Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Guys please help, when i press the omen command center button it wont lunch in my screen but if i click it in my task bar panel it lunch but usualy i always do the keyboard function please help what do i do, I'm frustrated about this command center key its not working i don't know how to work on this i already uninstall and install drivers for keyboards any suggustion for my problems?DSC_0460.JPGDSC_0461.JPG
