I have hp omen 15  i7 10750h the CPU wattage is supposed to be 45W, but it's consistently limited to 30W, and sometimes even drops to 25W. I attempted to increase the wattage using Intel Extreme Tuning Utility, but it didn't have any effect; it remains capped at 30W. Additionally, the CPU temperature occasionally reaches 100°C, although the average temperature hovers around 85°C, mainly due to thermal and power limit throttling. I also tried undervolting the CPU, and it appears stable with a -99mV undervolt. I've seen others achieve a -140mV undervolt, but I couldn't achieve that level of undervolting. My apologies for the lengthy explanation.
