cpu R5 8645hs, gpu 3050 gb
my dgpu isnt being detected by omen gaming hub, nor is it being shown in my device manager unless I press "show hidden devices"

Go to this page, click on download to download driver exe file then run it and install 

https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/drivers/details/274188/ 

Now check after installation
