@OMAR-Soliman , welcome to the forum.
I have to admit that they both appear to be identical; except for some extremely minor points. Here is the Product Specifications pages for both:
I opened both side by side and compared them. The dc1007 is a larger in size and has a very small increase in battery power, but the fact is, I don't believe that would see any performance difference.
Please click the Thumbs up + button if I have helped you and click Accept as Solution if your problem is solved.

I see this is solved but I'll still add another comment anyway (because I was doing some exploring recently after purchasing an omen laptop / wondering if I had made a good choice). The 15-dh0000nx is of the newer design type (some people called it "2019" version, some people called it Gen 3), whereas the 15-dc1007nx is of the "2018" type and sometimes called Gen 2 ( and this type is still sold by HP today but becoming fewer and fewer as phased out by Gen 3). You can tell the difference by looking at how the display panel is attached to the main / keyboard part of the laptop (the older has two separated pillars). If you look at reviews on youtube and search for 2019 version, you'll often find the reviewer still had a Gen 2, not actually a Gen 3, because of the confusion out there because HP was selling both types at the same time.
Somewhere I read that HP was attempting to make the thermals better on the Gen 3, and they use higher voltage fans (which is maybe why it uses a higher voltage battery). I'm not sure how much better it really is though. I happened to have purchased the Gen 2 type, but decided to keep it anyway. It has some of the ports on the back (which I like, but I could see how most people don't), and it has a separate headphone / microphone jack which I also like but that's not a big deal to most people. Oh and one other thing. I saw where in the Gen 3 version there was an added feature in the Omen Command Center that allows you to manually place the fans at max, which is not available on the Gen 2. I think the idea is that when you know for sure you're going to be gaming for a while, it may be better to get the fans running fast from the beginning instead of waiting for the laptop to decide things are getting hot before ramping them up. Should give you a longer time before reaching those peak CPU or GPU temperatures. In one of the reviews on youtube for the actual 2019 version, the reviewer actually shows the screen that has that option. You might have to update the Bios to get it.
Oh, and one other thing, and for me this is really annoying about the Gen 2. The dedicated key on the keyboard to bring up the Omen Command Center is where normally the Home key would be. Instead the home key is doubled up with the number 7 on the numeric keypad. What that means is, when you have Num Lock turned on in order to use the numeric keypad, the home key no longer works, because it is then a 7. (that was a really really bad design idea in my opinion) You can still use that key has a home key, by have to first press Shift every single time. It's really annoying for those of us that use the numeric keypad. HP thankfully fixed that on the Gen 3 I've read.
