Product: HP Pavilion Gaming - 15-ec0042ax
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

after Windows 10 version update to 2004, laptop crashed.

Diagnostic test of all HDDs is Passed but windows 10 isn't starting. So I installed 8.1 which I have to save my time.

can anyone help me with the drivers for Win. 8.1 x64 with the following Hardware IDs in the same laptop.

Hi:

 

Your PC is not supported by AMD or HP for W8.1.

 

No W8.1 drivers were developed.

 

Use the HP cloud recovery tool to create a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with your notebook.

 

Here is an info link for how to use that utility.

too bad that AMD or HP didn't developed the drivers for Windows 8.1.

in the above screenshots, ram speed throttling because of the windows 10 & this is the visible difference.

 

I don't know how many invisible bottleneck differences windows 10 have 😞
