Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have recently bought an HP Victus laptop to replace my 11 year old iMac. I have 3 devices that can pick up emails from my **bleep** account: the iMac, an Android phone and the victus laptop. The iMac and the phone receive emails within about a second of each other but the laptop can take 5 minutes or more for the same email to arrive. Any idea what's going on?
