So I got this new HP VICTUS 15 a week ago and today I noticed weird vibration that is so noticeable on max fan speed mode, is this normal?

My BIOS is up to date, reinstalled windows five times and both fans passed the UEFI tests.

Both fans vibrate, they were fine the first week I got it but then when I was playing a game they started vibrating and my thermals have been really bad since then.
