Hi @sunainajustin03,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If your HP Victus laptop screen is flickering, try updating your display drivers, adjusting the refresh rate, checking for loose connections, or booting into Safe Mode to isolate the issue.

1. Update Display Drivers:

  • Outdated or corrupted display drivers are a common cause of screen flickering.
  • Go to the HP website or the manufacturer's website and download the latest graphics drivers for your laptop model.
  • Install the drivers and restart your laptop.

2. Adjust Refresh Rate:

  • A mismatch in refresh rate can cause screen flickering.
  • Go to Settings > System > Display.
  • Under Advanced Display Settings, change the refresh rate to match your laptop's specifications (e.g., 60 Hz or 144 Hz).

3. BIOS Restore:
1) Shutdown the computer and keep the  charger plugged
2) Hold down the Windows and B button together while the computer is still turned off.
3) Turn on the computer and continue to hold the Windows and B button until a BIOS Recovery screen appears.
4) Follow on-screen instructions and click on OK

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
