Check for Thermal Throttling
Monitor Temperatures: Use HWMonitor, MSI Afterburner, or AMD Adrenalin to check CPU & GPU temps.

Reapply Thermal Paste: If temps are too high, consider reapplying thermal paste.
2. Check Background Processes
Task Manager (Ctrl + Shift + Esc): Look for high CPU, GPU, or RAM usage.
Disable Unnecessary Apps: Close Discord overlays, Chrome, or any unnecessary apps.
3. Update or Roll Back Drivers
GPU Drivers: Use DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller) to clean install the latest or previous stable GPU driver.
Chipset Drivers: Update from AMD’s website.
