Product: Pavilion gaming laptop 15-cxoxxx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

ı had a sudden fps drops and my devıce seems alıttle slow 

ı checked the harddısk and the cpu gpu and every thıng ıs just fıne though

ı dıd some optımızıng and that asked me to do some updates ı dıd ıt but somethıng went wrong and ıt gave me an error called code 0xc0020036 

ım not good wıth these kınd of stuff so ı really dont know what the proplem ıs neıther how to fıx ıt 

all ı know that ıt ıs some thıng connected wıth the code 0xc0020036 and ıt has somethıng to do wıth the fps .....

 

note ı stıll learn englısh so you wıll see a lot of mıstakes there ım sorry for that
