is it safe to play a laptop while the room heater is on?

Hello,

 

What matters is what your resulting temps of the laptop are. The fact that the room heater is on wont matter, although ambient room temperature can have an effect on hardware temps.

 

As long as your CPU/GPU are with in acceptable operating temps, then no worries.
