Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

i have been experiencing a lag while gaming, my notebook is a high end configuration. its 32gb ram and 8gb rtx 2070 gpu.

but im getting a lot of lag while gaming. This problem is not there when my notebook is plugged in for charging, but i cant plug in everytime i play as i am worried it might damage my battery.
