Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

last month i got and update from windows 11 when i boot up  my system it goes to a screen repair mode and it says i have no windows loaded when i go to advance settings and go into uief something like that and restart my computer i have to hit f9 and set the right harddrive i don't know what is causing this
