Product: pavilion gaming 15-dk0272tx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

the right side of the laptop is getting heated up while normal use because of which keyboard is also heating up and it becomes so uncomfortable to type on the keyboard while this happens.The heating issue increases while charging.

it also freezed and shut down automatically 2 times during the past few weeks.

everything is working normally but i dont know the reason behind this heat up
