Product: HP Laptop - 17-by3063st
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The case on my laptop is broken from the hinges being too tight.

How can I get this fixed ?

Is there an extended warranty ?

It seems there are many other people with similar problems.

We have two of these computers and except for this problem they perform well.

I can't seem to enter a subject.
