How to disable Turbo Boost on an HP Pavilion-17-cd0010ur laptop with i5 9300h + nvidia 16504 GB In the BIOS settings Turbo Boost is not enabled or not turned on, I tried to configure the power regulator through the power supply 98% 90% 80% - processor status, updated BIOS to the latest version, guys tell me what to do? motherboard manufacturer HP 85F motherboard model motherboard version 43.34

@Artyom0202 , welcome to the forum.

 

I am not certain that you can disable the turbo boost on HP laptops in the BIOS or any other way.  However, there is a small app that may do what you need.  It is called ThrottleStop.  It has an option to "Disable Turbo".  You can give it a try to see if it helps.

I tried to disable the turbo boost in the program, alas, he drives everything smoothly from 2.4 GHz to 3.9 GHz

As I stated in my first post, it may not be possible to disable turbo boost.  I have never seen the BIOS entry in any of my HP laptops; including, three Omen Gaming laptops.
