Hi @LancelotAKO16,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

I’m sorry you’re going through this; I understand the concern and don’t worry I’ll help you with this.

To make sure we point you to the correct update for your HP Omen, could you share a bit more information? Specifically:

  1. Your exact HP Omen model number
  2. Your current BIOS version (you can find this by typing msinfo32 in the Windows search bar).
  3. Any specific error messages or prompts you’re seeing that mention TPM or firmware.

In the meantime, here are a few helpful troubleshooting steps you can try:

  • Check Windows Update → Sometimes TPM firmware updates are delivered automatically through Windows.
  • Visit HP Support → Go to HP’s support page, enter your exact model, and check under Firmware or Security for any TPM or BIOS updates.
  • Confirm AMD Firmware Versions → TPM firmware on AMD systems is often bundled inside BIOS/UEFI updates, not a separate download.

Once we have your device details, I can guide you to the exact update if one is available for your model.

I hope this helps.

I'm glad I could help! 😊 If this resolved your issue, please mark it as "Accepted Solution" and click "Yes" on "Was this reply helpful?" Your feedback not only keeps us going but also helps others find the solution faster!

Take care and have an amazing day ahead!

Hi @LancelotAKO16,

Thank you for your response.

To update to AMD manufacturer version 3.90.5.5, use the https://www.amd.com/en/support/download/drivers.html or manually select your product on their website.

Method 1: Use the auto-detect and install tool

  1. Go to the https://www.amd.com/en/support/download/drivers.html
Find and click on the "Auto-Detect and Install" button to download the tool.
  2. Run the downloaded file and follow the on-screen instructions to let it scan your system and find the latest compatible drivers.
  3. The tool will then provide the correct driver, which you can download and install directly through the installer.

Method 2: Manually select your product

  1. Go to the AMD Drivers and Support page.
  2. Click on the "Product Selector" or "Manually Select Your Driver" option.
  3. Choose your product category (e.g., Graphics, Processors), series, and then the specific product model.
  4. From the list of available drivers, look for version 3.90.5.5. You may need to select "Previous Drivers" to find older versions.
  5. Download the correct driver for your operating system and install it by running the downloaded file.

I hope this helps.
