Microsoft Windows 11

So I have had this hp envy x360 for about 7 months now and use it mainly for work. Recently I tried running some games like Overwatch 2 because I have some spare time on my hands. I have looked into the quality of gaming on this laptop and it seems that it should be able to run low to medium settings to at least 60 fps on games like these. However, when I launch overwatch it can barely handle the most minimal settings and caps itself at 35 fps. I have tried reinstalling windows and updating drivers but none of this seems to have helped. For the specs this laptop has its really shocking, I feel like I have been scammed.

Firstly HP Envy machines are NOT classified as games machines. HP has few lines of Gaming notebooks: Omen, Victus, Pavilion Gaming ... but not Envies.

Its specs:  https://support.hp.com/id-en/document/c07713553 . To play games properly you need a machine with dedicated GPU which it does not have.

Overwatch 2 clearly requires minimum specs:

Again, you need at least dedicated GPU:  NVIDIA GeForce GTX 600 Series, AMD Radeon HD 7000 Series

Regards.
