Hello! I recently purchased an omen gaming laptop from bestbuy. It works really well however i have one issue - the box says i have bluetooth capability. It also says it on the website for the laptop at bestbuys site and i have the driver installed in my device manager, and i also updated it with hp assistant support app. HOWEVER i just can't seem to find it or use it.
when entering settings, theres no listing for bluetooth in my computers devices. Searching for "bluetooth" doesn't turn up any results at all and i also have no applications installed that have anything to do with bluetooth. Does anyone know how i can find and use the bluetooth in this laptop?
The laptop is the HP Omen 15-ax033dx model, the bestbuy link is here
As for updating my system, the only notable thing i've done is allow windows to update to its newest version, windows 10 64 bit and i've also run hp support assistant program, which searched and updated all of the hp software/drivers on my system.
any help at all is appreciated!

Hello, @midnitewolfy – Hope you are well 🙂
Thanks for reaching out to the HP Support Forums! I would be glad to be of your assistance 🙂
I see by your post that you not able to use the Bluetooth feature on your HP Omen. Your PC does have the Bluetooth feature and has an "Intel® 802.11ac (2x2) Wi-Fi® and Bluetooth® 4.2 Combo" network card.
Let's start by trying to turn on the Bluetooth feature. Try the steps below:
1. Click on the start icon and click on settings.
2) Click on devices.
3) Under devices, on the left side look for Bluetooth.
4) If it shows Bluetooth, click on it and check if it's on.
5) If it's not on, then run it on.
Alternatively, check http://hp.care/2kTkbSE for more detailed instructions.
If the issue persists, please check and let me know whether the Wireless feature on your PC is working. Also, if possible, attach a screenshot of your "Network adapters" under the Device manager.
Please let me know if this resolves the issue, or if you require further assistance.
Good luck 🙂
