hi i want to ask hp omen 16 os win11
u got update from windows then need to restart update then after restart that i got blue screen why always happen?? already second time it happen to my laptop how to slove blue screen and able to login to window like normal ?i use f8 save mode also cannot login to normal window

Not slove after i got update driver from windows then restart it got blue screen
i check on Hardware Diagnostics it pass ok but cannot boot to windows after i off laptop for a long time i turn on it able to log in to win again
last night it happen again cannot boot in to win it apprear blue screen again so what the problem on my laptop ?
i call hp service center no one pick up the call really bad service from hp really disappointed ;(

To help you I need to know the product number (p/n) xxxxxx#xxx of your notebook !
It looks something like this:
You will find this information on the back/rear of your notebook in small alphanumeric letters.
The product number (p/n) is legally allowed information about the computer. This is not sensitive data.
It is allowed to publish it in public.

(1) Power on notebook
When seeing the Windows logo press and hold <power> button to power off notebook !
- Repeat this procedure at least 3 times to get into <Windows Recovery Environment>
(2) Troubleshoot > Advanced options > System Restore
- Click Next when the System Restore widget opens.
- In the pop-up window, you may see the restore points you have created. Choose the most recently created one and click Next to continue.
- You are asked to confirm the restore point. If everything is OK, click Finish to start the restoration operation.
(3) Please report your results
