OMEN by HP 17-cb0006nw
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, I have been having a problem with the HP Omen Gaming Center for some time now, and more specifically with the "undervoliting" tab, everything works there except that the "processor voltage" shows 0.00v all the time. Is there any way to fix it? Bez tytułu.png

Hi @SeeQ ,

Welcome to The HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I understand your HP Omen center doesn't show CPU processor voltage. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.

There are two possible reasons why the HP Omen Center might not be displaying the CPU voltage for your OMEN By HP 17-Cb0006nw:

Hardware Limitation: It's possible that the undervolting feature on your laptop isn't fully supported and the software simply can't read the voltage.

Software Bug: There might be a bug in the HP Omen Center software itself that's preventing it from displaying the voltage correctly.

Here are a couple of things you can try:

  • Update HP Omen Center: Check for updates to the HP Omen Center software. HP might have released an update that fixes the bug. You can usually find updates through the HP Support Assistant software or by downloading them from the HP website.
  • Check for BIOS Updates: Updating your BIOS to the latest version might also resolve the issue. You can find BIOS updates on the HP website for your specific laptop model.  Software and Drivers for OMEN by HP 17-cb0006nw

when I turn on HP Omen Center and go to this tab, it literally shows the processor voltage "1.00V" for a moment, but after a while it disappears and shows only 0.00V. When I turn on HP Omen Center, it loads my computer quite a lot, but only when I turn it on, when it is already running. it loads, everything is fine and it does not load the computer heavily, as for "HP Omen Center", I have the latest version and the bios is updated to the latest version
