my omen command center is not giving numbers in network booster. What to do?

The only thing I can suggest is to go to Windows All Settings and force Windows to check for updates.

Click the Check for Updates button, even if it already says its up to date.

There should be a few updates that have not installed yet.

Reboot after it updates and try the Omen Command Center again.

Open Services and scroll down to HP Omen HSA and make sure its set to Running Automatic.

 

If that doesnt work, you have something else wrong with your system that I would have no way of knowing about.
