I just got this laptop and in the omen gaming hub, I click on my laptop description, Omen 15 it says I only see System vitals, Network Boosters and performance control, but no lighting as shown in the package description, it has a 4-zone RGB, but I cannot find the setting as to where I can adjust my keyboard backlight.
I'm not sure if this is a glitch or what, but please help.

OK thanks, that helps explain it. Your model is OMEN by HP 15-dc1106nia.
According to HP's documentation, that model did not come with a 4-zone keyboard. Its only 2-Zone Dragon Red Keyboard. Ergo why there is no lighting options available.
I will say that it can be confusing. The boxes usually all have a multi colored keyboard picture on the box because some of them come with that. But you have to read the individual specs to know what you're getting. I'm sorry.

What is the full product number of your omen?
Press Control/Alt/S for the information menu in windows
Or
Go to the Start menu and scroll to H/HP Help and Support/HP Support Assistant.
Open the program and click on your computer in the list.
The 7 digit Product Number will be listed in both those places.
