Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My keyboard does not light up even after pressing the F4 key. 'WASD' are not  lighting up and the other keys  light working . Please advise.

(1) Did this problem suddenly occured ?

(2) Do you have valid HP warranty ?

Yes suddenly occury and doesnt  have  warranty

Hello @sujan9944 

 

It could be a technical defect. If the keys still work, just live with it. Otherwise, it would be necessary to replace the entire keyboard.
