Hello, I recently bought a HP Pavilion 15 ec2144nf And install Windows 10 on it and download the drivers from the HP website But the keyboard backlights are not working I tried fn+f5 I made sure to enable the feature from the BIOS But the lights don't turn on Does my computer support the backlight feature? And how to fix the problem

Sounds like it does NOT have backlit keyboard.

Does your machine have a F* key with backlit symbol  banhien_0-1679190297319.jpeg   ?

 

  • If NO, it does not have backlit keyboard.
