it all started back a few months back when initially top rows i.e. "esc, F1to F12" were not working and it gradually increased and now Left Ctrl, Enter, Numeric keys 6,7,8,9,0,- are not working... i tried uninstalling , reinstalling drivers and all but no improvement. product is not even 6 month old.
P.S: there is never any water spill or charge or heating issue....

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to assist you.
I see that you are facing an issue with your Laptop keyboard.
Kindly refer to the steps on this link to troubleshoot and let me know if that resolves the issue.
Also, Update the BIOS for your PC by clicking on the link.
Make sure you keep only the charger plugged in while updating the BIOS for your PC.
Click on the + sign next to BIOS and then download the file.
Open the file and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the update.
