labtop getting too hot

hi everyone

i have victus 16 d1 laptop (12700 and rtx 3060 )

when i opened a game laptop going hot very fast and after some minute restart

i tested game without charger and everything  works perfectly

but when i connect charger again, ...too hot and then restart

my laptop have a 200w charger but can i buy 120w charger too fix this problem

i think cooling system of laptop not good for 200w charger

120W charger won't work on your machine, you need 200W charger. Please try

what about 150w charge ?

i have 6 fan cooling pad but can't help

it's very clear because of 200w charger laptop getting too hot and when you disconnect charger everything works perfectly without change game setting 

i also installed omen gaming hub and set setting to performance and it's make very bad situation and restart faster 

i also updated bios , windows , driver, dx and everything but nothing happened after some minutes laptop just restarted

what happened when i use 150w charge or type-c charger i thing if i use less power its generate less heat and laptop cooling system can handle and more power (200w charger) generate more heat and laptop cooling system can't make laptop cool 

this is gaming laptop why must have very bad cooling system what can i do to stop restart

even in very very very low setting i faced same scenario
