my new laptop cannot turn on after use for 6month i cannot claim warranty at malaysia cause is hong kong set so how to do?

my laptop still in warranty but cannot claim pls help me

I see that your OMEN 16.1 Inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-B0000 (472J1AV) does not power on.


I suggest that you follow the steps listed below to perform a hard reset on the unit.
1> Turn off the laptop, disconnect the power adapter.
2> Press and hold the F6 and power button for 20 seconds.
3> Then connect the power cable back and try turning on the laptop.

iam already try does not work

i try power on laptop fan is running but  cannot boot up screen is blank hdmi also does not work
