Product: Laptop omen hp 15-dc1065nw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

the laptop does not boot when the start button is pressed, instead it flashes, it behaves like that with and without the battery. Trying to restart doesn't change anything. Before I post it to the site, maybe you can help me.
